SHUBOUTIQUE RETURNS POLICY

ShuBoutique In Store Purchases 

ShuBoutique offers a 14 day returns policy at the boutique store (see location address below) where any purchase can be returned to us with a valid receipt. Returns can be exchanged or a credit note offered as long as the item is returned in its original, unworn condition. For clothing, that requires tags on clothing and no signs of wear. For footwear, they must be returned in their original box and in their original* condition. For bags, they must be returned with the original tag attached. 

*Original condition 
Items cannot be marked, damaged, dirty or seen to be worn beyond trying the item. 


How do I return in store orders?

  • Please return to the store of purchase
  • Please bring your valid receipt
  • Please make sure items are presented with original boxes and tags
  • You will be issued with a credit note, or the item exchanged

ShuBoutique offers a 28 day returns policy from the point of purchase where any purchase can be returned to us with a valid receipt. Returns can be exchanged or refunded as long as the item is returned in its original, unworn condition. For clothing, that requires tags on clothing and no signs of wear. For footwear, they must be returned in their original box and in their original* condition. For bags, they must be returned with the original tag attached.

  • Please include details of your order number, name and address inside the box. 
  • Please clearly state if you would like an exchange or a refund.
  • Please pack the item in its original packaging securely and address as follows

  • Please make sure you obtain proof of postage as you will need this if the parcel goes missing. 

A refund or exchange will be dealt with and processed within 3 days of receipt, however, please allow up to 28 days to cover any issues. 

What happens if my item is damaged or is not the correct item? 
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us and we will arrange to resolve the problem for you. 

What are my Consumer Rights? 
None of these terms affects your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
